Sales and Related Conditions
Executing a Sale
- When a user sells their artwork through Sarvel (via their profile or any method provided by the platform), the transaction is subject to the platform's general terms and conditions.
Commissions and Fees
- Sarvel charges a commission on every sale made through the platform. The commission rate and other financial details vary based on the user's account type (e.g., free account, shared account, or premium account) and the platform's policies at the time of sale.
Agreement with the Buyer
- Once a sale is completed, a legally binding agreement is established between the seller (artist) and the buyer regarding the delivery of the product or usage rights in the case of digital products, in exchange for the agreed financial compensation.

- Sarvel does not bear any responsibility for disputes that may arise between the seller and the buyer regarding the sale or its conditions.
- Users have the right to sell their artworks on or outside Sarvel based on conditions they set with the buyer. Upon completing the sale, users may agree with the buyer on transferring usage rights or full ownership rights as mutually agreed.
